ArsenalOps – Terms of Service

Welcome to ArsenalOps. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ArsenalOps website, services, software platforms, apps, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”) provided by March Stag Advisory, LLC, DBA ArsenalOps (“ArsenalOps,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

ArsenalOps provides business automation, marketing systems, CRM hosting, AI-driven workflow implementation, application software, and consulting services designed to support operational efficiency and growth.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

CRM hosting and configuration (including GoHighLevel infrastructure)

Marketing automation systems

AI integrations and automation workflows

Funnel and website development

Application development

Messaging automation (SMS, email, voice)

Business process optimization

Consulting and implementation services

Services may evolve over time and ArsenalOps reserves the right to modify or discontinue features at its discretion.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for implementation.

Maintain appropriate licenses and permissions for any third-party services connected to the platform.

Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Clients are responsible for all content, data, and communications transmitted through systems configured or hosted by ArsenalOps.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Send spam or unsolicited communications.

Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Distribute malicious software or harmful content.

Harass, abuse, or harm others.

ArsenalOps reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Certain Services may rely on third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

GoHighLevel

Stripe

Twilio

Google services

Social media integrations

ArsenalOps is not responsible for outages, limitations, or policy changes from third-party providers.

Clients remain responsible for complying with those providers’ terms of service.

5. Fees and Payment

Certain Services require payment.

Clients agree to:

Pay all fees associated with their selected services.

Maintain valid billing information.

Pay subscription fees on a recurring basis if applicable.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable.

6. Subscription Services

Some Services are provided on a subscription basis.

Subscriptions:

Renew automatically unless canceled

May be canceled with written notice prior to the next billing cycle

Continue until terminated by either party

Termination does not relieve the client of any outstanding financial obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

All ArsenalOps materials, frameworks, processes, documentation, and systems remain the intellectual property of ArsenalOps unless otherwise specified.

Clients retain ownership of their own:

Data

Branding

Content

Customer information

ArsenalOps retains the right to use generalized insights and learnings to improve its services.

8. Confidentiality

ArsenalOps agrees to maintain reasonable confidentiality of client information and will not disclose proprietary information except:

As required by law

With client permission

To necessary service providers involved in delivering the services

9. No Guarantees of Results

ArsenalOps provides tools, systems, and consulting designed to improve business performance.

However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, marketing outcomes, or business performance.

Results depend on many factors beyond our control including market conditions, client implementation, and operational execution.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArsenalOps shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of revenue or profits

Loss of data

Business interruption

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding three (3) months.

11. Service Availability

While ArsenalOps strives to maintain reliable service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all systems.

Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may temporarily affect service availability.

12. Termination

ArsenalOps reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

These Terms are violated

Payment obligations are not met

The Services are used unlawfully

Clients may terminate services in accordance with the cancellation terms of their service agreement.

13. Modifications to Terms

ArsenalOps may update these Terms from time to time.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
